Water Bug

G loves water. He would stay in the pool all the time, winter and summer if he could. I honestly think he would swim if you had to chip the ice off the pool for him to get in. I guess he likes it so much because he is free in the water. He doesn't have to worry about holding himself up or falling. I love to watch him and his dad playing together. His CP requires him to wear multiple floats and we have found it is necessary to put weights on his ankles to keep him upright, but even with all that paraphernalia on he loves it.

My Addictive Personality

I have come to realize I have an addictive personality. I am not addicted to anything harmful (although my husband might disagree). I get addicted to things like scrapbooking, reading, painting, sewing, etc. Currently I have become addicted to rubber stamping and card making. It is my new obsession. There are so many pretty papers and I have discovered several bloggers who post their cards on their blogs. I love it. Thank goodness I am having a break from school right now (only until Wednesday) so I am not letting my grades suffer.

Busyness

It is so hard to believe that it has been over 2 months since I have blogged. I really wanted to get this going as a way to capture the moments in life that I find humorous and important. It has been really busy around here in the past few months. I am currently taking 6 classes and I have been overloaded with work. There are only 3 weeks left in this semester though and then I can relax a little in May when I will have only 1 class. Things will speed back up again in June and July since I will be taking 4 classes in a summer semester that is half as long as usual.
