Pootin Story

G needed to go potty so to save time I picked him up and started to carry him into the bathroom. On the way he said, "I'm going to tell you a pootin story." He started to giggle and let out a loud poot. It was so loud that T heard it from the kitchen and we were going in the bathroom door.

Just Call Me Goober

G called me by my first name this morning. I said, "No, G you don't call me that. What is the special name only you and T can call me?"

He looked at me and immediately replied, "Goober?"

He has such a sense of humor. Some people would consider his statement as being disrespectful but in our family, Goober is an affectionate term we use when someone is being silly. He really is a sweet, adorable little boy and I am blessed to be his mother.

Water Bug

G loves water. He would stay in the pool all the time, winter and summer if he could. I honestly think he would swim if you had to chip the ice off the pool for him to get in. I guess he likes it so much because he is free in the water. He doesn't have to worry about holding himself up or falling. I love to watch him and his dad playing together. His CP requires him to wear multiple floats and we have found it is necessary to put weights on his ankles to keep him upright, but even with all that paraphernalia on he loves it.
